The SEIU-West Education Committee is pleased to sponsor up to 2 members to attend the Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist (CLXT) 2024 Annual Conference on October 19, 2024 at the Saskatoon Inn.

Your completed Expression of Interest Form must be received on or before September 10th, 2024 in order to allow us to complete selection process for funding. Members need to register on their own and provide receipts to be reimbursed.  

*Details of the event will be emailed to members from SACLXT. Registration opens on September 1, 2024.

*Once you've been notified that the Education Committee is sponsoring you, you'll still need to register for the conference. We will book you a hotel room if required and we will send you our Member Expense Form to reimburse your costs of registration, mileage, meals, wages/per diem as per our policies.

14. Given the policy of SEIU-West requires members to submit a report within 30 days of the school, do you commit to writing and submitting this report?   *This question is required.
15. If you live 200 km or more from the nearest course location, your Union will cover the cost of a hotel room for the evening before the course. Do you live more than 200km from the nearest course location?  *This question is required.
Are you willing to share a room with another member attending the course? (SEIU-West currently recommends, but does not require, that members share rooms.)
