Rx Summit 2025 Volunteer Form

The Responsibilities/Requirements:
Volunteers will be assigned on a random basis to handle bag stuffing, monitor meeting rooms, act as hallway directional and assist faculty and attendees as needed. Volunteers should be able to communicate rules and regulations.

Volunteers will be scheduled to work approximately four to five hours per day, during mornings, afternoons or possibly evenings. You should be able to attend the Full Conference (April 21-24, 2025) and have open availability throughout the conference. The MANDATORY volunteers meeting will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. You will be notified in advance of the conference of the date, time and location of the meeting. If you cannot commit to the requirements/responsibilities, you will not be able to volunteer but may register as an attendee.

You will not be able to choose the workshops for which you are assigned; however, when not assigned, you may attend any sessions you prefer during the full conference. Remember: You will also be able to claim credit toward a Certificate of Attendance stating your hours for all sessions worked and attended.

The Cost:
As a volunteer, you will receive complimentary registration to the Rx Summit conference and have access to the on demand sessions.

All expenses related to the Conference including hotel accommodation, transportation, parking, meals, etc., are the responsibility of the volunteer. Please visit the conference web site for more information on reserving a hotel room if you will need one.
