- All stallholders will be held outdoors under marquees provided by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited.

Applications for non-food stalls will continue as usual through our standard process.
Information you need on hand to complete this form
It is important that you have the following information and details with you before beginning:
- Registered business name (if applicable).
- Proof of public limited liability insurance (limited liability companies must have public limited liability cover).
- Proof of charitable trust (if applicable).
- Invoice details
- Information about your stall (name, product range or description of your service).
- Images of your product or service (craft and retail must have at least ONE supporting image).
- Applicant contact details
It is important that BNZ Auckland Lantern Festival 2025 provides a wide range of retail, food, craft and information stalls. We will eagerly review all applications, however, we are particularly interested in stallholders that sell locally produced products or services that celebrate lantern festival, showcase Chinese culture and are in support of the Chinese community. This online stallholder application form collects essential information about you (the stallholder), and your proposed stall that will take part in the festival. This information will be held by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and used so that we can contact you about the event and organise the stallholders for BNZ Auckland Lantern Festival 2025.
