Agent Training Attestation Form

All ARC-Accredited Agents are required to comply with the Training Requirement described in the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) and the Industry Agent’s Handbook (IAH).

An Agent may opt out of the Training Requirements by demonstrating to ARC, in ARC’s sole discretion, that it requires training of any and all employees and/or contractors who issue ARC Traffic Documents. Agent may only demonstrate this requirement by completing this form and submitting the required documentation described below.

It is important to note that the agent bears full responsibility to provide ARC with an updated and valid PCI AOC annually. Failure by the agent to timely submit such documentation will require the agent to otherwise be in compliance with the security training requirement as defined in the Agent Reporting Agreement.

Agents who want to opt out of the Training Requirement must submit a current and valid Payment Card Industry Attestation of Compliance (AOC) issued within the last 12 months. Such attestation must be from a registered third-party Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) that has independently verified PCI compliance of Agent. Those Agents that are unable to provide such attestation are unable to opt out from the Training Requirement and will be required to comply with the Training Requirement as described in the ARA and IAH.
