DestinationNEXT is a proprietary assessment tool used to critically assess destinations. Ottawa Tourism last undertook this assessment in 2016 and uses this assessment to have conversations around priorities and focus areas for the future.

The goal of this survey is to determine if there are any gaps, key issues, and opportunities for potential products, amenities, education, programming, and experiences that would benefit tourism in Ottawa; as well as to benchmark our destination against other Canadian and US destinations.
