St. Louis County Age-Friendly Communities Survey

An age-friendly community is one where people of all ages have adequate transportation, housing, and access to public spaces; as we age, we are connected, supported, and recognized as integral community members.  We want to understand your community and what you’ll need as you age to make it a great place to live. Our goal is to turn your responses into action and plan for more age-friendly communities in the future.  

Your views are important, and we would greatly appreciate your participation in this survey. This survey is being conducted for research and planning purposes. Any personal information and individual opinions you provide will be kept confidential.
