This application is a critical component of our selection process for the "Constructing Autenticidad" leadership cohort. It allows us to better understand each applicant's background, experiences, and motivations, ensuring that the program fits their personal and professional development goals. By gathering this information, we can create a diverse and dynamic cohort of BIPOC leaders who can learn from one another and collectively foster positive change. Your application plays a pivotal role in helping us select individuals who are passionate about their own growth and dedicated to driving meaningful change in their organizations and communities.
The application process is below:
- Applications close December 2nd, 2024
- Interviews will take place in October - December 2024. Alexis or Cinthia will contact each participant to conduct a 30-minute interview as part of the application process.
- Applicants will be notified shortly after their interview
