The Pitch, promo’s version of The Voice mixed with Shark Tank, has become a highlight of conference day at the PPAI Expo since its inaugural event in 2023. Attendance more than tripled in 2024 and is expected to reach record-breaking numbers again in 2025. With your clients and prospects in the audience, it’s the perfect opportunity to show them what you’ve got!

Dates and Deadlines

Monday, October 14, 2024: Submissions deadline
Friday, November 1, 2024: Notifications of finalists advancing to the next round
Monday, November 18, 2024: Deadline to submit a 60-90 second video pitch, which must include a branded sample. Physical products will not be required until the final presentation at The Pitch on Monday, January 13, 2025.
Monday, December 9, 2024: Notification of selected presenters for The Pitch
Friday, December 20, 2024: Deadline for completing all informational conference calls
Sunday, January 12, 2025: Rehearsal at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Time TBD
Monday, January 13, 2025: The Pitch, live at Mandalay Bay Convention Center from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
