Supplier Diversity Maximizer – Application form – 2024

Supplier Diversity Maximizer, led by Bpeace and sponsored by PwC, is a highly competitive opportunity that will provide six (6) certified diverse businesses with access to a diverse community of small business owners and seasoned business professionals poised to gift them pro bono consulting to help lead their organizations to the next level of growth.

The Supplier Diversity Maximizer program will bring you:

• Continuous access to a diverse network of business professionals.
• A clear path to profitable growth that preserves and generates more jobs.
• New ideas and skills for you and your leadership team.

The Supplier Diversity Maximizer program is designed to support business owners/CEOs. We also encourage owners to include members of their leadership team into relevant program activities, where it will add the most value for their business.

Applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• Leadership with majority ownership of a formally registered business in the United States.
• Minimum of four years of formal operations in the United States (includes a registered U.S. company and demonstrated U.S. business activity and U.S.-based staff)
• Generate a minimum of $150,000 in annual revenue
• Employ at least three full-time employees (suggested)
• Be a non-manufacturing professional services business;
• Certified by one of the recognized certifying organizations listed below
• Demonstrate the potential for significant growth that creates additional jobs in the United States.

This opportunity is for certified diverse businesses by one of the following recognized certifying organizations: 

• National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC)
• Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
• Disability:IN
• National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA)
• National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)
• Native American Business Association (NABA)
• Small Business Administration (SBA)
• Other recognized certifying Federal or State organization

The Supplier Diversity Maximizer program is committed to serving small business owners who identify as Black, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indigenous, LGBTQIA, Military Veterans, People with Disabilities and/or Women. 

The Supplier Diversity Maximizer program is open to all non-manufacturing professional service provider businesses in the United States. This includes but is not limited to: public relations, translation services, ASL translation services, data analytics, records management (digital and print/paper), video production, paid search media, auditing, Information Technology, UI/UX design, events entertainment, leadership training, branding and advertising, graphic design, recruitment and staffing, digital media, conference/event planning and services, private car/transportation services, food service, payroll services, market research/polling/surveys, background screening, security. 

The deadline to submit complete applications is August 21st, 2024.

Instructions:

• The person filling out this application should be the owner or leader and have access to financial, legal and strategy information.
• The estimated time to complete this application is 20 minutes.
• If you are selected as a finalist, you will be notified by Bpeace to schedule a 1.5-hour video interview.

We will announce the selected finalists in September 2024. The program launch is scheduled for late September.
