WA's College Access Initiatives Programs - Material Order Form

Please read the following before placing your order:

1. Orders are processed weekly and take two to four weeks to arrive.
2. Confirm with your school/district staff to avoid duplicate requests. Multiple orders submitted for the same school/district in one month will not be processed. 
3. Place your submission once you have reached the end of this online order form. Order requests with partial submissions are not logged or processed.
