WA's College Access Initiatives Programs - Material Order Form

Please read the following before placing your order:

1. Orders are processed weekly and take two to four weeks to arrive.
2. Confirm with your school/district staff to avoid duplicate requests. Multiple orders submitted for the same school/district in one month will NOT be processed. 
3. You MUST reach the end of this online order form to submit your request. Order requests with partial submissions are not logged or processed.
4. Please follow our instructions listed under specific materials and for certain contact information. This ensures seamless order processing and timely delivery.
