Research SLAM Local Finals 2024

Savannah River National Laboratory’s Research SLAM is a science communication competition. Eight SRNL early career researchers will take to the stage to provide three-minute summary presentations on their work. Their talks will be tailored to a non-specialist audience, which will be a fun way for the audience, made up of community members, friends of the lab and SRNL employees, to learn about the science we do, why it’s important and what it means for all of us.

A panel of judges will select first and second place finishers. In addition, the audience will be invited to vote for their favorite presentation, resulting in a People’s Choice Award!
