Youth Worker Employability Skills Self Assessment Form 2024-2025

Thank you for agreeing to take this assessment based on the Oregon Employability Skills; we hope you find it valuable. The assessment should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us learn how young adults view work and how your current work experience may influence future career decisions. 

What is the Oregon Employability Skills Curriculum?

This curriculum is designed to equip you with the practical skills and mindset necessary to transition from school to the workforce. The curriculum focuses on a range of crucial employability skills:

  • Social Diversity/Awareness: Sensitivity to Differences
