General Instructions
Each year, on behalf of the City of Chicago CoC, All Chicago completes the collaborative application for the Chicago Continuum of Care (IL-510) as part of the HUD CoC Competition. One step of this process is for all agencies applying for HUD CoC renewal funding to complete a Project Application in e-snaps for review by All Chicago. Included in this process are all CoC renewal projects classified as Permanent Housing (PH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Transitional Housing (TH), Joint Transitional and Rapid Re-Housing Housing(TH-RRH), Safe Haven (SH), and Supportive Service Only (SSO) programs.
It is imperative that each agency ensures that their Project Applications are complete and accurate.
A separate PDF of the FY2024 HUD Project Application must be submitted for each CoC funded project listed on the Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) no later than August 16th at 12:00 PM.
You will be provided the opportunity to submit multiple projects within the same survey, based on the number of CoC funded projects your agency indicates below.

NOTE: If your agency will be applying to "Consolidate" any projects, you are required to submit a "Renewal" application for each project that will be consolidated. This question requires a valid number format.
