SHoJ Campus Master Plan - Parishioner Input Survey

Fr. Zarse along with the Facility Master Plan Committee (FMPC) requests your input to a short survey regarding your opinion and use of the Church and School buildings and grounds at Sacred Heart. Input related to the school is desired from all members, regardless of whether you have a student in the school. The results of the survey will be collected and compiled by the architectural design team for use in the Parish Master Plan process. The results will be shared at a Town Hall meeting in which all can attend. Responses will be kept anonymous unless specifically noted by the respondent.
