IPW 2025 Exhibitor Buyer and Domestic Buyer Questionnaire

IPW welcomes two different categories of domestic buyers:

DOMESTIC BUYER:
  • Tour operators and wholesalers based in the United States and selling a significant amount of USA product to domestic travelers.
  • The buyer delegate is responsible for procurement and/or sourcing travel.
  • The buyer delegate must have the ability to negotiate and contract products

EXHIBITOR BUYER:
  • Booth-based organizations (standard or MTP) who have staff in a product sourcing capacity.
    • Receptive/inbound operator, bedbank, OTA, or destination management company)
    • Marketing and Technology providers (offering marketing, distribution, or technology solutions as their primary business)
  • The buyer delegate is responsible for procurement and/or sourcing product.
  • The buyer delegate must have the ability to negotiate and contract products

NOTES:

  1. Organizations selling marketing or technology services or products should participate as a Marketing and Technology Provider (MTP exhibitor) in IPW's Marketing and Technology Pavilion.
     
  2. Organizations that qualify for the Exhibitor Buyer category must purchase and pay for their booth and key contact registration before they can purchase any Exhibitor Buyer registrations. The number of registrations allowed is determined by the booth type. Learn more.
