Hello! This is a request form for those who need Sign Language interpretation to attend a virtual event on Verizon Small Business Digital Ready. You do not need to fill out this form unless you are requesting live interpretation.

If you are in need of Sign Language interpretation for a live event, please complete the following form fields. Once submitted, a member of our team will reach out to you via email to confirm the details of your request.

To request live sign language interpretation for this event, please submit our accessibility request form at least three business days prior to the event.

If you are submitting a request for sign language interpretation within five days of the event, we cannot guarantee interpretation but will do our best to accommodate.
