To see if you are eligible to participate, please fill out the form below for one of the Henry Ford Health's focus groups with Detroit mothers. The focus groups will be conducted with Detroit Mom's who have recently given birth in the last two years.
To thank you for your time, each focus group participant will receive a $50 visa gift card. Space is limited, and focus group assignments will be made on a first-come-first-served basis after everyone registers and based on your availability.
