  • Local governments are key to offering incentives for affordable housing, and encouraging innovative housing solutions through tools such as zoning, permitting and strategic plans and play a role in delivery of housing/shelter services to low-income persons and community development revitalization projects, but due to budget constraints may not be able to attend this year.
  • Student scholarships will be geared toward those students who are majoring or interested in the delivery of housing or sheltering services, community or economic development or other appropriate activities designed to sustain healthy and safe communities.
  • Scholarships cover the cost of the conference registration only.
