Roy W. Crum Distinguished Service Award

Thank you for taking the time to nominate your candidate for consideration for the Roy W. Crum Distinguished Service Award.

Please ensure that you have the following information at the ready to complete the nomination process before your start:

2. Your name, title, affiliation, email, and phone number.  You will be considered the corresponding nominator and you must be a current or former TRB volunteer or staff member.
3. (Optional) Names, titles, affiliations, and emails for all other nominators that are jointly endorsing/supporting this candidate.  All nominators must be current or former TRB volunteers or staff members.
4. A 400 word or less summary of the TRB volunteer activities your candidate engaged in during their career.  (TRB staff will augment this information after submission if necessary.)
5. A 400 word or less summary of your candidate’s achievements in the performance and production of fundamental or developmental transportation-related research engaged in during their career.
6. A 400 word or less description of the advancements in transportation that occurred because of your candidate’s portfolio of research over the course of their career.
7. A 400 word or less description of intangibles you believe makes your candidate eligible to be recognized for lifetime achievement within the transportation community.
8. (Optional) Link to or PDF (2,000 kb or less in size) version of candidates resume, CV, or bio.

At the conclusion of the submission process you will also be asked to vouch for the character of your candidate.
