Thank you for submitting your college district/college, College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnership agreement
documents. All CCAP documents will be kept on file at the Chancellor's Office, in the Educational Services and Support Division.

Please accept this response as an "Acknowledgment of Receipt." An acknowledgement of receipt does not represent that the Chancellor's Office has reviewed the documents submitted under every applicable provision of Education Code 76004. By submitting the documents, the college district/college has satisfied the intent of the requirement set forth in Education Code 76004 (c)(3) of needing to submit the CCAP agreement to the Chancellor's Office. In addition, the college district/college is acknowledging they have adopted all legal requirements set forth in Education Code 76004. Click here to review Education Code 76004 in it's entirety.

Per Education Code 76004 (c)(3), The chancellor may void any CCAP partnership agreement it determines has not complied with the intent of the requirements of this section. If the Chancellors Office has any questions or concerns regarding the submitted form and/or documents, the person listed as submitting the documents will be contacted.
