Forum Membership Application

United Philanthorpy Forum is a network of regional and national PSOs working to strengthen, advance, inform and educate the philanthropic sector. Forum membership is open to membership associations, networks and other types of organizations that focus on a specific geographic region, funding issue(s), population group, philanthropic practice, and/or type of funder.

Budget Information

This information will be used to create an invoice for your membership. You can estimate your organization's annual dues using the dues calculator on our Join webpage.

Organizations who join during the year will see a pro-rated amount reflected in their invoice. 
This figure is based on actual expenses for your most recent fiscal year. You can remove expenses related to the following: fiscal sponsorships; loan funds and pass-through funds; funding collaboratives; expenses for nonprofit services; expenses for consulting practices (if your PSO has a consulting practice in house); self-funded reserves.
