Online School Program Annual Update

OSPI is requesting programs complete the annual online school program survey.

This annual process ensures:
  • Compliance: Online School Program remains in compliance according to the Online School Program assurances.
  • Transparency: Information in the Approved Online School Program Directory section will be used to update OSPI's Approved Online School Programs (ospi.k12.wa.us) website. Maintaining accurate program information will allow students and families to locate online school programs. 
  • Up to date contact information: OSPI's Learning Options department has current information on file. Information provided in the Administrative Contact Information section will be used to maintain contact information for the approved school program administrative and program staff. This contact information will only be used for Learning Options staff purposes and will not be published on OSPI's website. 

Please submit this form by August 31, 2024.
