San Francisco’s Department on the Status of Women (DOSW) is conducting a survey to learn more about community members’ experiences and needs in several areas. We are seeking input from anyone – regardless of gender – who lives, works, or attends school in San Francisco. Your input will be used to help DOSW identify future priorities for our programming and advocacy work.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. You are eligible for the survey if you are at least 18 years old AND live, work, or attend school in San Francisco.

We appreciate your open and honest answers. Your responses will remain confidential, and only group-level results will be reported.
