SY 2024-2025 Title III Intent to Participate

Allocations and Participant Information

Please provide the information requested below. 
5. Districts with an allocation of over $10,000 can apply for Title III funds independently. Districts with an allocation of less than $10,000 must apply as part of a consortium that generates a total allocation of $10,000 or more. Please indicate your choice below.  *This question is required.
6. For districts forming a consortium, please indicate all districts who will be participating. The total combined amount of allocations must be equal to or more than $10,000.
