Strengthening Families Program Registration Aug24-Sep24

Dear parents/ caregivers of 9 to 15 year olds in Pierce County,

You are invited to participate in our Strengthening Families Program every Monday from August to mid September, at the Multicultural Community Hall (2102 S 23rd St, Tacoma)!  We will host these sessions on Mondays 5:30pm-8:00pm on 8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/9, and 9/16.

This is a special program where both the parent/ caregiver and the youth participate.  It is fine if there is one or two parents/ caregivers from the family participating.  Similarly, it is fine for one or more youth 9 to 15 years old to also participate.  Each parent/ caregiver and youth will receive $20 Amazon gift card by email for participating in each session in person.  We will also provide free dinner and free on-site childcare for younger children. 

This registration form includes pre-survey questions.  We will ask you to fill out another online survey with post-survey questions after the 6th session.  We ask that you attend at least 4 of the 7 sessions with your youth to get your certificate of completion.
