AESP Southeast Conference 2024 - Call for Presentations

AESP Southeast invites you to submit session proposals for our 2024 AESP Southeast Conference, taking place July 17-19 in Savannah, Georgia. This year's conference theme is The Energy Jamboree: Sparking Connections in the Southern Sun.

We'll offer sessions aligned specific to the Southeast region. Within our 10-state region, the southeast has a different way to offer our often times more affordable rates to customers. We're hopeful these sessions address those problems and solutions that we've found work for our region.

We welcome sessions led by individual presenters or panels featuring multiple presenters and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to consider unique session approaches, such as interactive sessions, debates, Lightning Talks, Ask Me Anything-style presentations, live problem and solution development, gamification, or other approaches we haven't yet dreamed of!

Reminders
Proposals are due by May 24, 2024 and proposal acceptance decisions will be made by AESP Southeast’s Conference Committee by June 7, 2024.

If your presentation is selected, the presenters you identified will receive an emailed invitation to present at the AESP Southeast Conference, plus a discounted registration code. All presenters MUST register for, and plan to attend, the conference to confirm their acceptance to speak.
