Mission: The Fellows are a network of Washington State educational leaders who in their capacity and the capacity of others improve student learning.
Vision: The impact of the Fellows will improve student learning through professional learning, collaboration, leadership development, student-centered, and community-centered pedagogies, in partnership with districts and ESD’s. It will also result in more accessible, culturally relevant and personally meaningful learning opportunities for students across Washington.
Three-year Fellows' Program
This three-year professional learning and leadership development program allows for deeper and expanded learning in the topics of: leadership, content area knowledge, adult learning, change management, equity, use of data and analytics, and student development. Fellows who have participated for more than three years may become Emeritus Fellows. Emeritus Fellows remain connected to the Fellows’ Network, with opportunities for leadership through local, regional, and/or state initiatives. Fellows who have completed three years in the program and want to become Emeritus Fellows should complete the Emeritus Fellows Interest Survey annually, instead of this application.
New Fellows will participate in a New Fellows’ Orientation meeting prior to the four convenings during the school year.
