Community Needs & Housing Questionnaire

Throughout the next five years, City staff expect the Department of Housing and Urban Development to invest nearly $9 million dollars into Fort Collins through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds.  We are seeking community input and feedback regarding the uses of these funds as we develop our funding plan for the next 5 years.

These funds aim to build stronger and more resilient communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons. These dollars can be used for affordable housing, homelessness, supportive services, economic development and community development.

Additionally, City Social Sustainability Department (SSD) staff are developing a Human Services Priorities Platform, which will provide a blueprint for how SSD delivers resources, programming and partnership toward human services in the community moving forward.

Your participation in this survey is vital to our ability to identify the highest need areas and direct resources to them.

We appreciate your time!
