Join the NAM in Accelerating the National Climate and Health Movement

Overview

Thank you for your interest in joining the National Academy of Medicine’s “Accelerating the National Climate and Health Movement" initiative, which intends to build and sustain the momentum of organizations addressing climate and health across the nation.

Organizations joining the NAM to accelerate the national climate and health movement are asked, via this survey, to:

Provide the name of a point of contact person (may be shared publicly to facilitate information exchange and collaboration).
Provide a brief written description of efforts (3-4 sentences) to address climate and health.
Provide links to more complete online descriptions if available.
Commit to sharing updates with the NAM annually.

*For all organizations that have previously served as NAM Network Organizations, please note that this role is now inactive, and all Network Organizations have transitioned to participants of the "Accelerating the National Climate and Health Movement" initiative. Our previous Network Organizations are welcome to fill out the prompts below should you have any updated information to share with the NAM.

Note: The NAM may choose not to approve submissions that are not responsive to the prompts.
