Targeted TNR Request Form
Thank you for reaching out to help community cats! We are prioritizing providing spay/neuter surgery appointments to people who are willing and able to work with us to TNR their entire colony of 3 or more cats to at least 80% in Sunnyvale, Milpitas or San Jose.
However, if you have (or know of just 1 or 2 community cats), we also have limited appointments available each week, plus trap training workshops and rental trap resources to help you during your TNR journey, depending on what you need.
