This second community survey is a follow-up to what we heard through the first survey and dozens of other community engagement events the last several months. The questions in this survey are focused on how DLBA can better serve and engage you and your communities. The following survey is administered by the
Center for Community Progress and
JFM Consulting Group.
The survey is confidential, and we encourage you to be honest, candid, and as specific as possible. Only the Center for Community Progress and JFM staff will read individual responses.
