To be eligible to be a Certification Commissioner nominee, you must maintain a current certification from the NLN; and have expertise in the development of standardized testing programs, certification policy development, standardized item development, and/or test review committee involvement.
6a. Please Note: the position of the Certification Commissioner requires an NLN certification (CNE/CNEcl/CNEn).

12. Please attach your current abbreviated curriculum vitae (CV),  no more than 7 pages in length. Substantiate your primary area of contribution to nursing education and emphasize your accomplishments (e.g. involvement in professional organizations including serving on committees, panels, task groups, publications, presentations, awards, etc.).

Include in your CV information on how you contributed to innovative teaching strategies, community and global engagement, inter-professional alliances, mentoring, under-served communities, financial or fiduciary responsibilities and public policy.

Remember to modify your CV to align with the position you have selected. It is preferred to submit CV in PDF format.
