Solicitation of Third-Party Comments

The American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks approval to become a new Member Board of the American Board of Medical Specialties.

As one part of the evaluation process, third-party comments are sought to inform deliberation and review by an Advisory Body. This Body invites comments regarding the application from ABMS’ existing Member Boards; ABMS Associate Members; specialty and state medical societies; patient and consumer advocacy groups; hospitals and health systems; insurers; the public; and any other relevant stakeholders.

Anonymous comments will not be accepted. All third-party comments will be shared with the applicant board and the Advisory Body. The Advisory Body will review all comments as a part of its evaluation process.
