APTA Surface Transportation Authorization Recommendations Form

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58), commonly referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, authorizes public transit, passenger rail, and other U.S. Department of Transportation programs through Fiscal Year 2026.

The APTA Legislative Committee is soliciting recommendations from APTA members to help the Committee identify, develop, and prioritize proposals in anticipation of the next Surface Transportation Authorization bill. We have developed this Recommendations Form to gather your suggestions.

The Legislative Steering Committee and Legislative Committee will review statutory and regulatory proposals submitted for potential inclusion in APTA’s Surface Transportation Authorization Recommendations to Congress.
