Welcome to our feedback survey!

Have you connected with a Kids Helpline (KHL) counsellor (on phone, email or webchat) or checked out some of the info on our website in the past year? If so, we'd love to get your views on your KHL experience and find out how we can improve the service.

The survey will take about 5-8 minutes to complete. It's anonymous and not linked to any other information about you. If you complete the survey your responses will be securely stored on yourtown's servers within Australia. We will use your responses to report on how the service is going, what's working well, and how it can be improved in the future.
