San Patricio Health Equity Client/Consumer Survey

The World Institute on Disability (WID) is a leading agency in global disability inclusion in disasters.

We have partnered with your local Public-Private Partnership for Health Equity in Disasters Task Force to understand how disasters impact the health of people with disabilities and how we can improve health equity in disasters. By answering the questions below, you will be helping us to find solutions.

We are interested in your honest opinion and there are no right or wrong answers. Names are not being collected, we will not know who you are, and we won't share any of your information with anyone.
