NMF Scholarships Application Review Interest Form

The NMF Programs team is offering an opportunity to join our Review Committee. This is an excellent opportunity for our partners to understand current students’ unique perspectives, goals, and challenges they face as future health care leaders. This is a great way to support NMF's mission of building a health care workforce committed to delivering the highest quality care to all patients.  

The team is looking for volunteers to commit their time and leverage their experience within the health care system by reviewing applications throughout the year.  

NMF Scholarship applications will be open in four cycles throughout the year specific dates listed below where the general Service Learning application will open once over the summer. Training and ongoing support will be provided!

8. Please indicate how much time weekly you would be willing/able to commit to reviewing scholarship applications?  *This question is required.
9. Which cycle would fit best with your schedule to participate in scholarship reviews? Scholarships are managed in 4 cycles throughout the year. Each cycle may have 4-7 scholarships for which each applicant will be considered for any they are eligible for within each cycle.  *This question is required.
