Purpose of Position: Beta Theta Pi’s fraternity growth department is committed to developing multi-faceted pathways that provide men from all walks of life the ability to have a lifelong and values-centered Beta experience. The director of growth will guide the Fraternity’s strategy on re/establishing sustainable chapters – including onsite chapter development, member recruitment, and volunteer support – to bring the Beta experience to college men across North America.
