Purpose of Position: Beta Theta Pi’s fraternity growth department is committed to developing multi-faceted pathways that provide men from all walks of life the ability to have a lifelong and values-centered Beta experience. The director of growth will guide the Fraternity’s strategy on re/establishing sustainable chapters – including onsite chapter development, member recruitment, and volunteer support – to bring the Beta experience to college men across North America.   • Written response to the following prompt: Beta Theta Pi has a goal to grow its membership by 3% in the next few years within three pillars: expansion to new campuses, new member recruitment support for existing chapters, and retention support for active members. Please share how you would provide vision and leadership to help the fraternity accomplish this goal.
