Clinical Genomics Laboratories Community

The Clinical Genome Resource (ClinGen) and the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health’s (GA4GH) are seeking representatives from clinical genomics laboratories and related communities to participate in a community interest group. We will engage this group on topics of common interest and for which ClinGen and/or GA4GH may have a facilitation role such as engagement in the development of variant classification standards, laboratory best practices, technical challenges, best practices for contributing data for research, etc. A more detailed list of possible topics can be found below.

We are looking for contributors from across the world. Participation may include quarterly video conference calls, workshops, surveys, and in-person meetings adjacent to GA4GH & ClinGen meetings.
