Day Camp Satisfaction Insight Surveys Registration 2024

Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) is thrilled to launch the Day Camper and Staff Satisfaction Insight surveys (DCSI/DCSSI) for this summer. It should take 5-10 minutes to register. To formally register for DCSI and/or DCSSI please submit this form by April 22nd.

By signing up for DCSI/DCSSI, your day camp is committing to the dissemination of either survey to families and/or staff members in a timely manner. You may have to send the survey out via email or text message multiple times in order to achieve a meaningful response rate.

For the DCSI we recommend sending the survey after a camper's last week attending your camp. For the DCSSI we recommend creating time during the last week of camp for your staff to fill out the survey while still on site. The deadline for collecting feedback on both forms is September 13.

The cost of participation in either stand-alone survey is $500 USD per camp. If you participate in both DCSSI and DCSI the cost for both is $800 USD per camp. After you register, FJC will send you an invoice within 5-7 business days.

Once you have registered for either or both surveys you will receive an invitation to attend the optional pre and post-summer webinars to help you make the most of this resource.
