Thank you for your participation in the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)! The CACFP has been a critical part of the nutrition safety net for more than 50 years by contributing to improved child and adult diet quality, health outcomes, and food security. Your participation informs your child and adult participants that you care about good nutrition and support their health and well-being.
The CACFP Satisfaction Survey is an online survey designed to assist in evaluating the CACFP Branch’s ability to provide support and communicate information to CACFP participants in multiple CACFP program areas including the application process, administrative review process, education and training, communication and resources; and complaints process. The feedback will be used to improve the support available to CACFP Operators and enhance training for the CACFP Branch and Operators. The survey will be continuously administered and openly available on our CDSS CACFP web pages to current and potential CACFP participants.
This survey should take approximately ten minutes to finish in a single session. All questions throughout this survey are required unless otherwise indicated.
