Thank you for your interest in becoming an Evolve Preferred Partner! We enroll new partners on an as needed basis. If we have a need in your area, our vetting process includes two phone calls and a public record screening.



Please confirm you meet the following requirements:



  • Offer at least cleaning services
  • Can accommodate a cleaning any day of the week
  • Are you willing to accept same day turns
  • Are ready and staffed to take on a minimum of 5 additional properties
  • Are you able to come up with a flat fee for services
  • Have a Social Security Number
  • Are willing to go through a Public Records Screening
