APA Good Faith Estimates Member Survey

The No Surprises Act, effective January 2022, requires clinicians to provide patients who are uninsured, or are insured but choose not to submit claims through their health plan, with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of care.

CMS has reached out to APA asking for member feedback on their efforts to comply with these requirements and member input on what educational and support APA members need from CMS.
