Paid interview: Read a health material on medical device risk

We're looking for people to read and share their thoughts on a health material about medical device risk. By sharing your thoughts, you'll help us improve the material and make it easier for others to understand.

If we select you to take part, our partner will send an email with links to:
  • Read the material on a computer
  • Schedule a Zoom interview (it will take up to 45 minutes)
If you agree to the interview, HLM will keep your responses to this form in a password-protected online database. Only certain HLM staff have access to your responses. HLM will only share your name and email with our partner for them to schedule your interview.
