Streaming Registration for OESIS Allyship April 11/12

CLOSING APRIL 5TH. The OESIS Allyship Conference will be privately streamed through Zoom. This form does not require payment until we have evaluated and approved your registration. For more information, please email Lynn.schramek@oesisgroup.com.

1. Streaming the event has considerable cost in terms of recording personnel and assets at the event, the private streaming platform, OESIS school personnel online managing admissions and sessions and the costs of speakers, etc. Please choose the registration status of your school. Here is a link to the membership options if you are unclear. Email Lynn.schramek@oesisgroup.com if you are unclear about the membership level of your school. *This question is required.

3. Please provide the names, emails, and titles of each person you wish to have registered (including potentially yourself). We will send you a payment link if you are approved which must be processed promptly (within 48 hours by credit card). Space is limited and we are managing the total enrollment for streaming carefully. Registrations are non-cancellable after payment but can be transferred to another person at your school.

4. Please choose YES or NO to confirm the following understandings:

RECORDINGS & SOCIAL MEDIA. I UNDERSTAND there will be no recording by registrants permitted of all sessions streamed nor any clips or quotes posted publicly onto any social media by any registrant. Doing so will constitute a violation of our speaker covenants and cause damages to them and OESIS.

INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY. I UNDERSTAND each registration is for INDIVIDUAL use and is not to be shared with others. You will be admitted INDIVIDUALLY into the Streaming Hub by OESIS personnel (please arrive early) and you will be asked to turn on your camera to confirm personal and not Group use.

CONDUCT.I UNDERSTAND that OESIS reserves the right to terminate your participation at our discretion for conduct that is disruptive or inappropriate.

SESSIONS. I UNDERSTAND that the Program is subject to change and that OESIS plans to stream all the sessions. Session times change and speakers are not always able to make their scheduled sessions. Please check the Program on the Website. You will be emailed Program updates. If any session is canceled or has technical issues we will seek to remedy this with a streaming webinar after the event but we cannot guarantee this.
