Alternative Pathway to Teaching Ag Poster - Information Collection Form

NAAE is creating a poster for each state that can be used as a guide and promotional tool for anyone who has work experience or a degree in a different subject to become certified to teach agriculture.

We need your input to ensure your state’s poster is accurate.

Here are the steps we have listed for someone to become alternatively licensed in your state:

Contact your state’s agricultural education specialist or department of education.
Begin certification process according to state requirements.
Get involved with your state’s agriculture teacher’s association.
Become a NAAE member.
