2024 CRN Inclusive Channel Leaders Application


CRN's second annual Inclusive Channel Leaders Awards, honors people who bring a particular focus on inclusivity to their channel leadership roles. The project will spotlight channel leaders who effectively defend and promote the principles of inclusive leadership and demonstrate a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion within their teams, companies and/or the channel at large.

Eligibility: This award aims to recognized executive leaders within the channel ecosystem who strive to foster inclusivity as part of their roles. It is open to channel-focused executives from vendors, as well as executives from solution providers and distributors.

Vendors: Executives must be part of the channel team. For example, CEOs, HR and corporate DEI executives ARE NOT eligible. Executives outside of channel roles ARE NOT eligible.

Solution Providers/Distributors: HR executives ARE NOT eligible. Other executive leaders are eligible, including those whose roles focus exclusively on DEI.


Channel leaders whose duties focus on the U.S., N.A, or Global are eligible to apply. Applicants whose duties focus on geographies exclusively outside the U.S. are also eligible to apply (i.e. Latin America, EMEA, etc.). 

Applicants who provide incomplete responses may be disqualified without notice.

Applicants must occupy their positions within the channel as of press time to be eligible. 


Methodology: The Inclusive Channel Leaders are selected based on individual accomplishments within and contributions to the channel organizations at which they work and the channel at large. Consideration is also given to the presence and impact their companies have within the IT channel on issues that impact diversity and inclusion. Assessments were also based on ongoing feedback throughout the year from solution providers on executives’ effectiveness and visibility, as well as their business and sales impact. Applicants must meet the requirements of our online application process to be considered. A panel of CRN editors make the final selections.

Publication: Winners will be published online at CRN.com on July 8th and in the August 2024 Issue of CRN magazine.

A high-resolution business headshot is required, color photo preferred.  



Online application tool: CRN’s 2024 Inclusive Channel Leaders application does not need to be completed in one session. We have programmed the application to include a save button that appears at the top of the second page which will allow you to save your work as you go. You will be asked to supply an email address and you will be sent a unique link that will enable you to return to the place that you left off within the application.
