Construction Waste Management Report (CWMR)

The City of Fort Collins Building Code requires remodels, additions, and all new construction and demolition projects (excluding non-structural demolitions under 1000 sq ft) to recycle aggregates (asphalt, concrete, masonry), metal, wood, and cardboard. This Final Construction Waste Management Report (CWMR) form must be completed to be approved for the closure of the building permit and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy or Letter of Completion.
