ADHA Professional Fellows Program Nomination

Nominate a Future Fellow!

As an ADHA Professional Fellow you are invited to nominate ONE colleague whom you believe would be an exemplary addition to the Professional Fellows Program in 2024.

Nominees will receive a letter informing them that they have been named by an ADHA Professional Fellow based on their exemplary achievements and dedication to oral hygiene. Nominees will then be encouraged to complete the application process.

Your nomination will also serve as one of the two professional references that are required. The process only takes a few clicks!

Nominations for the 2024 class of Professional Fellows close on June 1, 2024.

ADHA Professional Fellow requirements:

Minimum of five years of ADHA professional membership (not required to be consecutive years)
Accumulated 100 CE credits over any five-year period
Actively participated in the dental hygiene profession via practice, scholarship (publications, research, presentations}, volunteerism, and/or leadership
Two professional references from oral health colleagues who endorse your candidacy as an ADHA Professional Fellow
A current resume or CV
A statement describing your contributions to the dental hygiene profession (maximum 500 words)
$250 one-time application fee
