4-Pillar Retention Assessment Inquiry Form

4-Pillar Retention Assessment

Children’s Corps, established in 2011, is a child welfare workforce model that has placed over 500 frontline staff into the NYC child welfare system. High turnover within child welfare agencies negatively impacts children and families. To promote higher retention, Children’s Corps utilizes a 4-Pillar approach. Through a needs assessment and gap analysis, our Team will explore your current retention strategies, and provide a comprehensive report of our findings with recommendations for each Pillar of Retention.

Upon completion of this form, your inquiry will be sent to our Workforce Team (workforce@fosteringchangeforchildren.org). Our Team will review, and reach out to provide more information on our Retention Assessment.
